Matthew, a principal of Blalock, Walters, represents clients in virtually all types of Labor and Employment Law, and has experience defending corporations in sexual harassment, employment discrimination, retaliation and wage-hour litigation matters. He represents clients before federal, state and local administrative agencies and assists companies with day-to-day employee relations issues and provides guidance on regulatory compliance.
In addition, Matthew represents both businesses and individuals in immigration and naturalization matters. For businesses, his services include: nonimmigrant visa strategy and planning, visa preparation and filing, green card and labor certification processing, and immigration compliance training. For individuals and families, he represents clients before the USCIS in immigrant (green card) and non-immigrant visa matters and assists them with the naturalization process.
