Her work for commercial sellers and/or buyers includes handling the transactions from contract negotiations through due diligence and closing. Her financing and transactional work for borrowers across Florida includes life insurance company loans and conduit loans involving shopping centers, apartment and office buildings, golf courses, and mobile home parks. Barbara's title work includes acting as agent for several national underwriters. In addition to issuance of title insurance policies, she handles curing of title issues (before closing or at time of claim) for underwriters and insureds.
